What is Probus?
It is a club for retired or semi-retired people to celebrate or participate in the many activities the Club has to offer throughout the year. The Club meets each month promoting fun, fellowship and friendship.

 

Aims of the Club
Active retirees are warmly welcome to visit our monthly meetings and experience the fellowship offered. The Club provides a variety of avenues for members to participate in, through activities, social outings and learning experiences.
 

Benefits
Probus has a Members Benefits Scheme (MBS) which provides a range of discounts. . Probus members are covered by Insurance whilst attending a recognised Probus activity. History 
Probus was initially formed and established by two ex-Rotarians in England in 1965.  It is estimated there are over 325,000 Probus members world-wide.  Probus started in Australia in 1975.  Our Heathmont Ladies Club was founded in 1990 and has a total of 80 members who contribute as much as possible to keep the enthusiasm and interests of members cohesive and friendly.
The Club is non-political and non-sectarian. It does not fundraise nor make a profit.
